Market and consumer research for the automobile industry
The GfK Marktforschung GmbH (Nuremberg) performs a representative survey with private purchasers and owners of new and used passenger cars according to the content requirements of DAT.
On the one hand, the inspections have the purpose of analysing the new and used vehicle market which especially deals with recognizing the changes to the previous year and on the other hand, to provide information for maintenance behaviour and customer service customs of passenger car owners.
The market behaviour of German motorists becomes very transparent due to the DAT report. This is why this comprehensive study has established itself as an important instrument for strategic planning in the automobile industry for many years.
