Ostfildern (July 31, 2013) - The Deutsche Automobil Treuhand GmbH (DAT) will present at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2013 its new management tool "SilverDAT myClaim" for the process optimization in the automotive industry. In the first step SilverDAT myClaim involves each party of the claims process, e.g. it allows to have access simultaneously to a digital damage file. SilverDAT myClaim offers different views on claims process: Depending on the role this can be the perspective of a repair shop or car dealership, an insurer, an expert or a car manufacturer. The innovative and highly flexible software solution runs on the new generation of web-based SilverDAT software architecture.
Dr. Thilo Wagner, Managing Director Products at DAT: "With SilverDAT myClaim we offer the automotive industry a highly flexible and configurable software platform for the claims handling process. At the same time we remain the neutral provider of data and ensure that all data is stored reliably and securely with the customer or – if requested – also on our servers along with our fiduciary mission."
Helmut Eifert, DAT Managing Director Foreign Countries, adds: "For each participant of the workflow SilverDAT myClaim can be tailored, common business processes can be modeled and rules can be defined. In addition, workflows and user interfaces for each role can be set up individually. This all works through our new technology, no external programming is required. "
SilverDAT myClaim has been designed and developed through close collaboration between different DAT foreign companies. The roll-out plan for SilverDAT myClaim is therefore intended to be international from the start.
The flexibility of the system SilverDAT myClaim does not only provide a very easy usability, but it's also versatile: Wherever an intelligent network for communication between different partners is necessary and should be performed simultaneously, SilverDAT myClaim is the right answer. At the same time, significant cost savings through automated business processes can be achieved.
As for the connection of numerous insurance systems, the integration of the existing DAT-Net web services in SilverDAT myClaim guarantees a fully-fledged communication process with the insurance companies.
